The term Strammer Max was coined around 1920 in Saxon with the meaning “erected penis” and then transferred to the dish, supposedly because it is an extremely “fortifying” sandwich. In 2025, the term Strammer Max simply stands for my slave Pipi-MAX-Speck-Tittchen, who is tightly fixed on the rack at my mercy and has to endure another nasty tickling.
